With a husband disabled by Agent Orange from Vietnam, and the heartbreaking loss of their first child, Sean Michael, to Biliary Atresia—believed to be linked to Agent Orange—Gijane stepped back from her speaking career for 15 years to prioritize her family. These profound experiences have deeply informed her understanding of suffering and resilience, fueling her passion to help others.
